I just became a member of Reserve Direct; how do I receive benefits for a past stay?
All Reserve Direct begin on your next stay; therefore, benefits will not be applied if you have joined Reserve Direct during your stay.

How do I update my e-mail newsletter preferences?
You may modify your preferences at any time by visiting www.reservedirect.ie . You simply sign in with your Reserve Direct member ID and email address, and then update your preferences.

Can stay history be added to my profile?
Unfortunately, we are unable to apply missing check-out information to your member profile at this time. Since Reserve Direct is not a points-based program, the lack of this information will not affect your experience during future stays. Please contact Reserve Direct if you need assistance obtaining a copy of a hotel receipt.

Can I make changes to my member profile?
Yes, simply sign in to Reserve Direct and select the member profile section that you would like to update. Changes will be submitted immediately.

Can I receive the benefits of Reserve Direct when I book my room reservation through expedia.com, lastminute.com or other 3rd Party online booking services?
No, reservations booked through a 3rd party booking service are not eligible for any Reserve Direct benefits.

As a member of Reserve Direct, will I be charged for a missed reservation that I did not cancel?
All guests, including Reserve Direct members, are charged for missed reservations that are not cancelled prior to arrival, based on the property's reservation cancellation policy.

Is my Reserve Direct membership card transferable?
Reserve Direct is a program based on customizing the needs of each member. Therefore, each traveler should have his or her own membership card and complete a member profile based on personal preferences

Are Reserve Direct members guaranteed an upgraded room?
We will provide Reserve Direct members with the best available room on the day of arrival, at no additional cost. We do not guarantee an upgraded room. Please be sure to provide your member number when you make your reservation.
