Membership Rules and Regulations
Membership in Reserve Direct is free and available to individuals residing in countries that legally permit participation in frequent-stay programs.
Membership to Reserve Direct may be revoked at The Fitzwilliam Hotel’s discretion if a member fails to pay any Fitzwilliam hotel bill or accounts when due.
Fraud or abuse concerning mileage or rewards and membership privileges and benefits is subject to appropriate administrative and/or legal action by The Fitzwilliam Hotel, including: the forfeiture of rewards, the termination of Reserve Direct privileges and revocation of membership. In addition, we reserve the right (at our sole discretion) to immediately discontinue a Reserve Direct membership and to terminate the member's profile - if a member acts in a manner inconsistent with local, state, or federal laws or ordinances, or in a fraudulent or abusive manner; otherwise misuses the benefits of membership; or fails to pay any valid bill or account when due to The Fitzwilliam Hotel. Nothing contained in these Membership Rules and Regulations shall limit The Fitzwilliam Hotel in the exercise of any legal or equitable rights or remedies.
Membership eligibility is at the sole discretion of The Fitzwilliam Hotel and is limited to individuals.
A "hotel stay" means all consecutive nights that a Reserve Direct member registers for, personally pays for and actually stays at a participating hotel.
All interpretations of these Membership Rules and Regulations and Terms and Conditions shall be at the sole discretion of The Fitzwilliam Hotel.
Program Benefits
The Fitzwilliam Hotel and Reserve Direct reserve the right to change, modify, limit or cancel program rules, regulations, rewards and reward levels at any time. This includes increasing or decreasing any requirements for a reward, changing the value of rewards or limiting availability of rewards.
Reserve Direct rewards may be subject to tax liability. Any tax liability, including disclosure, connected with the receipt or use of Reserve Direct rewards is the responsibility of the member.
Upgrades to the best available room are based on availability on the day of arrival. Upgraded rooms are identified by each hotel property and might include corner rooms, newly renovated rooms, rooms with a preferred view, rooms located on a club or concierge's floor, or suites. Members must provide their Reserve Direct member number at the time of reservation to be eligible for this benefit.
A late 3 p.m. check-out is available upon request. Late check-out is subject to availability
Reserve Direct members booking in any way that is not over the Reserve Direct Website (www.reservedirect.ie) are not eligible for Reserve Direct member benefits.
Member Profile And Requests
The Fitzwilliam Hotel is not responsible for requests or correspondence lost or delayed in the mail or via e-mail. The Fitzwilliam Hotel is not responsible for, and reserves the right to correct, any pricing or typographical errors, errors of description, or errors regarding participating properties and partners.
A Reserve Direct member profile will be maintained for you. The information provided in your personal profile will be used to expedite the reservations, check-in and check-out procedures for Reserve Direct members.
Right To Discontinue
The Fitzwilliam Hotel reserves the right to discontinue the Reserve Direct program by providing written notice to members six months in advance. In that event, the right to earn and/or redeem any program benefits or rewards will end six months from notification.
